After-School Clubs Block 1 Details

After School Clubs – Term 1 

This year we have an even wider range of clubs for our children to attend organised into three blocks. Block 1 will run before Christmas, Block 2 will run from January until Easter and a third, shorter block, will run after Easter.

Our after-school clubs are provided in two ways – by an external third party or by teaching staff. Clubs that are taken by a third party organisation will require external registration and payment. Details can be found below with clickable links are available on our website and newsletter. 

Clubs taken by teaching staff will be free for children to attend apart from cookery and art. These two clubs will have a minimal charge to cover the cost of resources. Teacher led clubs are marked with an asterix * below. To register for teacher led clubs, parents should complete the relevant permission notes that will be sent home this week. Some clubs will have limited spaces with signup managed via schoolmoney. Should a club be oversubscribed; priority will be given to older children on a first come first served basis. 

Below are the clubs we offer in Block 1.  A list of Block 2 and Block 3 clubs can be found on our website and registration will be arranged in January. Dates that clubs will run in Block 1 can be found on the rear of this note.

Block 1 – 10 weeks – September to Christmas

w/c 7^th, 14^th October

w/c 4^th, 11^th, 18^th, 25^th November

No clubs in the following weeks:

w/c Monday 21^st October – parent interview week

w/c Monday 28^th October – half term week

No clubs on the following days:

Monday 4^th November – Staff Development Day

Last day of clubs will be Friday 29^th November
