Thank-you to everyone who supported the Book Fair last week. This was the first fair we have hosted since 2019 and proved to be the busiest fair we have ever hosted. Over the week that the fair was with us, takings totalled over £2100!
This equates to a phenomenal £1313.82 in commission that we are able to spend on Accelerated Reader titles.
We had expected only to be able to bolster the lower range titles in our AR library; this amazing total means we will be able to provide new books for all reading abilities.
After all the news about budget cuts and loss of funding over the last 12 months, it's nice to be able to share a good financial news story for a change!
