Castle Gardens Primary School Gymnastics Club

Tomorrow we start our partnership with Rathgael Gymnastics and it is a really exciting time for everybody involved. By now you will have all been in touch and secured your place in the relevant session. The only outstanding paperwork that needs completed are membership forms and hopefully these can be completed tomorrow or at least returned asap.

Please note that all groups will meet at the doors to the large hall beside the lift to register.

 All groups should be collected via the canteen doors.

At the moment, to ensure the safeguarding of our pupils, we have not made arrangements for parents to be able to wait and watch sessions.  

Details and logistics for each group are below. I fully expect there to be a few creases we will need to iron out logistically especially tomorrow as membership forms are to be completed.

 I hope you and more importantly your children enjoy the gymnastics sessions in Castle Gardens.

P1: 2.15 - 2.45pm

• Pupils will get changed after school and will be escorted through the school by a member of staff.
• Parents can collect their pupils from the canteen doors at 2.45pm.
• A membership form will need to be completed at collection time.

P2: to 2.45 - 3.15pm

• P2 Pupils will be leaving school at 2pm.
• Parents will need to make arrangements to collect and return pupils to school for their session at 2.45pm.
• Arrangements can be made by parents to attend School’s Out NI and pupils will be dropped off in time for their session.
• Parents can collect their pupils from the canteen doors at 3.15pm.
• A membership form will need to be completed at drop off or collection time.

P3 & P4: 3.15-4pm

• P3 Pupils will be leaving school at 2pm.

• P3 Parents will need to make arrangements to collect and return pupils to school for their session at 3.15pm.
• Arrangements can be made by parents to attend School’s Out NI and pupils will be dropped off in time for their session.
• Parents can collect their pupils from the canteen doors at 4pm.
• A membership form will need to be completed at drop off or collection time.
• P4 Pupils will be leaving school at 3pm. Pupils attending gymnastics do not need to be collected.
• Pupils can get changed in school and will be escorted to the hall in time for their session at 3.15pm.
• Parents can collect their pupils from the canteen doors at 4pm.
• A membership form will need to be completed at drop off or collection time.

P5: 4 - 4.45pm

• P5 Pupils will be leaving school at 3pm.
• P5 Parents will need to make arrangements to collect and return pupils to school for their session at 4pm.

P6+P7: 4.45 - 5.30pm

• Arrangements can be made by parents to attend School’s Out NI and pupils will be dropped off in time for their session.
• Parents can collect their pupils from the canteen doors at 5.30pm.
• A membership form will need to be completed at drop off or collection time.
