Children from P5 and P6 enjoyed a visit from the Dairy Council today. Aaron spoke to the children about the importance of a healthy, balanced diet and examined which foods were important in meeting the dietary needs of humans. Classes were engaged in lots of activities which helped them both remember key facts from the visit and also work towards their target of 60 minutes of daily physical activity.
