On the last day of term, Thursday 21st December, we will be sending our choir and musical groups down to Tesco for a fundraising event organised by the PTA.
Our pupils entertain the customers with Christmas songs and musical pieces whilst at the same time showcasing some of the extracurricular opportunities that are available within our school. The PTA will also raising money for the school by completing a bag pack and collection.
This is obviously a very busy time of year so this request is being made well in advance to any parent or grandparent who could spare some of their time, even half an hour, to help us out.
It has the potential to be a very successful day, especially when you consider it is the time of year when schools are being considered by parents about where they will send their children in P1. If you were available to lend the PTA a hand on this day it would be greatly appreciated.
