On Monday 13th November 2023, we were delighted to be joined by Rachael from Youth Enterprise, Northern Ireland. As part of her visit, the children learned about global trade and the origins of many ingredients which we use to make many popular meals. Our children then worked in groups as entrepreneurs, creating a new product and marketing campaign to meet the needs of a fictional people in a fictional land. This required a lot of background reading, planning and problem solving. Great praise was offered to the children for their contributions, creativity and ideas. Well done to everyone in P6.
