Representatives from Veg Power, who run the national Eat Them to Defeat Them campaign visited Northern Ireland for a stakeholder event this Thursday and we were invited to attend as one of the NI 2022 Hall of Fame schools.
Alisia, Chrissy and Lillie were able to share their thoughts incredibly well with a gathered audience for PHA, Food Standards, Veg Power, EA and two other schools. Our cook Sabrina accompanied us to Antrim for the event as she was the driving force behind that made the campaign so successful in Castle Gardens.
